Cursor Cell Border color

Hi Form,

How can i change the color of the Cursor Cell borders.

ex:
When i select cell 'A3' or whichever cell, it will be highlighted with thick black borders. I want to change this border colors to mix up in background color

That is not possible in any currently available version of excel.

The closest thing to it would be Chip Pearson's 'Row Liner' add-in (google search).
