Having the top row on each sheet you print out

    Morning,

I have a spread sheet that covers about 8 pages. What I would like is a way of doing it so my top row is always printed at the top of each sheet, however, many I have.

    Any suggestions would be appreciated.

    Thanks

    Hi Cmorgan,

In the ribbon click the Page Layout tab. Then click "Print Titles" in the Page Setup section. In the Page Setup window that opens (on the Sheet tab) type the rows that you want to repeat in the textbox next to, you guessed it, "Rows to repeat at top". You can enter it manually as 1:1 or 1:3, etc., or click the range button to the right of the textbox and select the rows you want repeated.
