Can a formula update automatically ?

Hi All,

I'm a basic user of excel trying to expand on my skills to hopefully allow me to work smarter......looks like this forum may be getting alot of use by me......

I've attached my spreadsheet, when I click into cell B16 [Start time] and run my macro button, once the result is displayed, is it possible that the formulas in columns F,G,H can automaticly continue down without me having to drag the forumla's from the row above?

Try selecting the table, including headers down to row 15, then go to Data|List|Create List and click Ok.

Now you click on last row, the list will open, select the cell with the * and hit your button.... the formulas should then follow along.

Hi, Thanks for the quick response.

I've Selected the table, i've gone to Data tab at the top of screen but once selected i can't see list or create list?

I'm using 2007 [if that makes any difference.....] am I looking in the wrong place??
