How to get greater than value returned in lookup or vlookup?

How do I get the next higher value returned using lookup or vlookup instead of the greatest value which is less than the ref value?

    Hi ronconway...

I would suggest you to look into MATCH function where there is an option of looking greater / less than values.

If you combine Index with Match or even Offset with Match, you can get your desired output. Post an sample file if you face any challenges there.
