Cannot copy/paste properly in Excel

Hi, I just joined the forum and believe I will be an active member as I am a regular user of of Excel.
Only learnt of this forum when I was searching for a solution to my "copy" problem in Excel and Outlook.

Excel
Basically when I try to copy a cell (regardless of Control C or using the toolbar), either nothing happens or I can just copy the value and not the formula.
I read from soem of the threads that I can resolve by running "repair office". How do I do this?


Similarly I have a problem in copying/duplicating emails in Outlook.
Basically it copies some of the words to a fresh email instead of duplicating the emails.
