Red face multiple data, comparing and returning data

    Hi, pls assist:

I have data with agents and scores they obtained month e.g:

    In April 2011

    Column A Column B
    Jake Ex 89%
    Bee J 67%

    In May 2011

    Column A Column B
    Jake Ex 80%
    Bee J 71%

    In June 2011

    Column A Column B
    Jake Ex 81%
    Bee J 69%

Now I want an average of the scores as well as have all the scores on 1 row and stated under each month i.e.

    Agent April May June Average
    Jake Ex 89% 80% 81% 83%
    Bee J 67% 71% 69% 69%

I am a novice and I have over 20 agents that I need to do this for and manual is too tedious!

    Regards,
    Meka O

    Here is the attachment....thanks!

I need a formula to convert the data in from the way it is on Monthly Scores to a more orderly fashion in Financial Year Scores.

When I tried to open your file Excel told me that it was not in the correct format. When I opened it anyway it was blank.

Please attach a proper Excel file.

Sorry Pete, it says the same thing for me as well once I try to open the workbook directly from this site. I also noticed that once I attach my excel files they get a funny icon on them as if the site does not recognize their format! :-(
