Please Help !!! I am posting this again due to no reply, Hoping my query will be taken for consideration.
I have two workbook. I need to auto collect the data from WorkBook1 to WorkBook2 IF the conditions are True.
Attached the two reference WorkBooks in detail.

There are some problems in your question.
1.) Your sample data is not the correct data.
2.) Why are all you data on separate sheets (Will work much better as a single sheet)
3.) How many data will there be?

a few points to note
a. I have only done April
b. Workbook1 must be closed (the macro opens it, and the folder is not important)
