Cannot reach Help from Excel 2007

When I click on the "?" button, I do not reach Excel help but here's a portion of what's displayed:

Also, no "Wizards" like the chart wizard appear in the tool bar.
Sorry if this is a dumb question but I'm a relative newbie.

This looks like a repair or re-install will solve your problem

Thanks for the suggestions - I tried "Repair" but it did not resolve the problem. I'll try a Reload when I have a bit more time. BTW, I'm using Firefox as my browser - could that be the problem? I'll report back after my reload attempt.

OK, I did a reload and an update - the problem still persists. I tried making Internet Explorer my default browser but that did not help either. I'm open to suggestions
