    changing formulas in conditional formatting

    Hi

If you look at the conditional formatting for row 4 , the top formula is - =$Q4=TODAY() , this colours the row green (format, applied to) and adds date when date is added to cell Q4.
How do i change this so that it colours the row green (format ,applied to) when anything is added to cell Q4 ? (forgetting the date )

    You could use

    =$Q4<>""

then delete the space you currently have in Q4
