Macro query - Automatically select yes

Hi

How do I get the macro to automatically select 'yes' when presented with this box (see attachment) when I open the spreadsheet?:

The macro is designed to re share the workbook when opened first thing in the morning as a macro ran later in the day removes shared access.
I'm reasonably good on Excel, but VB is definitely not my strong point. Any help gratefully appreciated.
