how to get the total of cells if it has a formula

thank you for the reply, the formula I use is

=IF(ISERROR((C16-B16)*24-1),"0",24*MOD(C16-B16,1)-1)

where C16 is the out time
B16 is the in time
and there's a cell with OFF AND SH OR AL, so i use the "0"
and we also have schedule that finish after midnight so I use MOD
and we need to deduct 1 hour break.
all the cell is also in text, because if I use the time or h:mm, [h]:mm the answer will come out negative and will be too long in the cell, its like error with this
sign(#####)

using the formula above, I got the correct number of hours the staff work, but i need to have the total of all this days. but the sum formula doesn't do.

Im so sorry, I didnt know this is the same with the other site. I was so eager to finish my work, I didnt read all the rules, I was so in a hurry to get the solution to my problem that I posted to 3 site.

Im sorry again. Im still checking my work, still didnt get the correct formula but Im thankful for the replies.
