How can we apply paragraph spacing within a cell?

This one has bothered me for a long time. It seems like I can type a paragraph in Word and format the spacing as I want it, then I can paste it into Excel and it will keep that spacing. BUT... Is there any way to adjust the paragraph spacing directly in Excel? Thanks.

Thanks Benishiryo. I'm looking for something with a little more control, though, such as Word's "points above" and "points below".
