Using <>

Afternoon,

Has anyone got any ideas please, I am trying to use:

=COUNTIFS('KS4 FFT INPUT SHEET'!AC$2:AC$249,"*",'KS4 FFT INPUT SHEET'!H$2:H$249,<>"White - British")

However the end part is wrong, I'm trying to get it to check that White - British is not in column H.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
