I am comparing a Dlr number on one cell to four other separate cells. If this same dealer number shows up in one of the four other cells than I would like the creteria cell font to change to a color green. If it doesn't find a match than I would like for the cell font to color red.
My criteria is in E6, I need to see if this same number shows up in F89, H89, J89, or L89. If it doesn't I would like cell F89 font to color red. If it does I would like the font to color green.

You can use conditional formatting to achieve this. Type of copy & paste the following as a conditional formatting formula to cell F89:
and set the formatting to Green for that rule. The set the font colour to red for F89. If you then type a value in E6 which is found in any of F,H,J, or L89, the font in F89 will turn green.

Wow, the computer is giving me a hard time with uploading my file.
You don't need to upload your file, and in fact you may learn more by trying the suggestions above yourself.
Thank you so much for all your help. I am behind and have been trying to follow the directions of the others but can't seem to get it to work. Thae attachement might provide more info on what I need to happen.
If the number under the column FieldLink matches any of the numbers under the column Calendar in the previous week, I need that number to turn green, Bold Green, Cell itself turn green (any of these to let me know there is a match), if there are no matches, then I need it to turn red. I will have to duplicate this for all the numbers under the columns named FieldLink.

The formula I gave you above works; but only if you have numbers formatted as numbers. Your spreadsheet has numbers formatted as text. I have formatted your numbers (in cells F89 & J89) as numbers, and attach file for your information.
