How to move value from one cell to another and apply chart

How to move or shift values to next cell in separate column and should apply chart according to values that was mentioned in previous cell.

anybody can help me on this?

You want values from say, column A to be copied to column D and then have a chart of the values in column A????? Can you post a sample? Or explain further.

Here in the above example I want to move "2000" and "1000" below the home needs column in row-wise and also chart should be shown according to the data.
Can anybody help me.
