Comparing Two Columns and Copy Adjacent Column IF Match Found

I have this haunting problem for many days still can't find solution after so much google search. Please help.
As you see there is PATTA NO in E column and I column.
The blank F column ( PATTA NAMEs ) should be fill with PATTA NAMEs in J column. But according to PATTA NO.
Many survey numbers have same patta no. So can't just sort .. Please Help

In F2 use
=IFERROR(VLOOKUP(E2,I:J,2,FALSE),"")
or
=IFERROR(INDEX(J:J,MATCH(E2,I:I,0)),"")
and copy down
