if cell is empty, then value is 0

hi, i searched around to see if i could find something similar, but i get more confuse the more i read.
My problem is that i have alot of cells, but some cells do not have value or no value is entered and i have this formula in d2 cell =(c2*0.11)+0.30
so i have in all emtpy cells, i have 0.30
i have about 45000 cells and all emtpy cells in c column, makes d colum as 0.30

Can you post an example sheet, there is no reason why it shouldn't work.

    Chubbychub,

You had made a slight error in copying the formula, please see attached.

As before if you change the "" to "0", then it will return zeros intead for blank cells

Canyou help me figure out also if i have 1 ounce, 2 ounces, 3 ounces.. then the shipping will be a
1 ounce in b2 then f2 will be 2 dollars
2 ounces in b2 then f2 will be 2.5 dollars
all the way up to 30 ounces..

as if a weight is entered into b2 cell, then f2 cell will be calculated at a fix table, or point the finger to which way i should read about?

    Hi Chubbychub,

If you are satisfied with the solution please mark your thread as solved and begin a new thread for your new question (best to include an example sheet)

    Many thanks
