Correct syntax to have the find funtion search for whatever is in cell B2

I need to replace the "200k" in the line; Cells.Find(What:="200k", with content of cell "B2". I have selected and then copied the information but don't know the syntax or the correct way to have the macro search whatever is entered into cell "B2".
