Need to update and merge data from one sheet to another

I have two excel files one is Daily_data.xls and second one is
Pax_Rcrd.xls having some of the columns from Daily_data.xls
In Daily_data.xls I have data with some of the following(Here for each voucher only one row contains )

Paxid ~ Name ~ Voucher No ~ Deal ~TODAY PAYMNT ~ TOTAL Paid ~ Due
1 ~ Obaid ~ 3201 ~ 2000 ~ 500 ~ 500 ~ 1500
