how to get the highest count of string and display the row?

Hello im new to Excel .
i have 20000 rows excel , with 7 columns each row
now i want to view simple number of appearances of string in the table
for example :
if i have this table :
aa , 1 , www
xx, 1 ,xxx
qq, 2 ,ttt
qq,1 ,xxx

1 .i want to find out what rows have the highest numbers in column 2
2. how many times the string "qq" appear in column 1
and sow me the rows in which it appear

i gave simple example of small table . if its problem i can build simple file

create just sample file what's important for your issue.

maybe this:

1 .i want to find out what rows have the highest numbers in column 2

I use Conditional Formatting so row with highest value will be red.
You can also filter out (in row 2 is filter) that rows (or any other)

2. how many times the string "qq" appear in column 1

Change letters in H1 (now is "nn". Put "qq")

Edit: Sorry, I put in formula in I1 to look in C column. Change it to look in A column.
