I need a formula to autoupdate my columns

Hi,

Forgive me if I post any information without using the correct format, it is my first time on here!

I am a teacher and every week I have to collate the whole schools attendance for various awards and then award points accordingly.
I have 2 columns already set up (COL 1 & COL 2)-

COL 1 COL 2 COL 3

Points Form Percentage
36 7AB ??
35 7CD ??
34 7 EF ??

etc.

The third column (percentage) is always blank as that is where I put in the weekly changeable attendance figure for the relevant form.

Is there a format I can have in place that will cover columns 2 & 3 and as I put a specific forms attendance in to COL 3 it automatically puts that form (COL 2) into rank order according to its percentage score (COL 3).

E.G.
Points Form Percentage
36 7EF 100%
35 7CD 98%
34 7AB 85%

The first column doesn't need to move as that gives me the points total that each form has achieved but I just need a formula that will update COL 2 & 3 as I enter the details.

if you can allow the results to appear in different columns, then this may help
otherwise another member may help

the data can be entered into columns A, B, C - in my example up to row60

column M and N are helpers columns - if you need to show ranking (also uses column M in the calc)

the results will appear in F,G.H as you enter the scores , the results will change and rank in descending order
