Easy way to manage multiple Sheets on a work book

I have this workbook that is sent to me every week with many sheets that I have to go from one to the other. I'm looking for a easy way to move without scroll left and right trying to find the one that i need. Any suggestions?

If XL's built-in popup doesn't help implement a small macro to create an index sheet

See here how to achieve this

At the bottom left of a sheet you have small arrows. Righ-click on them and a list of all sheets will pop up. Select the one you need

You can also use ctrl+ (page down or page up) to quickly scroll through sheets
