Question No gridlines in on Excel Worksheet

Hi to everybody. I am new to using forums for software assistance and look forward to input from those more knowledgeable than myself. I would like to thank anyone in advance for your willingness to share your expertise to those of us less skilled. So far, have not found an answer as to why my Excel Worksheets no longer display gridlines even though the "show gridline" box is checked. I am using Office 2007. Any help will be appreciated.

Try to selecting the whole sheet and then on the home tab select background color (the paint bucket in the font section) and select "no fill" If a white fill color was selected it would hide the grid lines.

Re: No gridlines in on Excel Worksheet

HI and welcome to the forum

Are the grid lines missing from just a certain part of a worksheet...the entire worksheet...the entire workbook...brand-new, just-opened-and-never-used-yet workbooks?
    1. Use code tags for VBA.
Your Code
(or use the # button)

Hi tones and welcome to the forum.

Are you sure you are looking at a normal view and not a print preview view?

gridlines are missing only where I made entries. If I go pass where I made entries, the gridlines are present.

I have looked at the spreadsheet in Normal view and even though the gridline box has a check make in it, there are no gridlines.
