Question on Copying

How would i do the following?

On the Blank Sheet Cell P42 on the BLANK sheet I have a Numerical Value which is a Month #

2 = FEBurary
3 = March

etc.

How would i change the Code above to have the Sheet Change from

Union Dues for MMM dd, YYYY format to

Union Dues for MONTH


Question 2:

On that Blank sheet In P42 I need to Copy that numerical and paste it to all other sheets p42 excluding Blank
Thoughts??
