Conditional Formatting based on 3 different cell values

I have a column I am trying to conditionally format based on 3 columns next to it. But everytime I try and do it only 1 or 2 work and highlight. I already have a lot of data so dont want to delete any so how do I get it so that for example if N2=1 turns green if O2=1 Turn Blue if P2=1 Turn red and i want it so if i was in L40 that its still N40 etc

Hi

a few questions...

what if N2=1 and O2=1?
I dont understand the last part?

i would suggest you upload a sample work book, (all sensitive data removed), showing what data you are working with, a few examples of what your expected outcome is, and how you arrived at that
To attach a file to your post,
click advanced (next to quick post),
scroll down until you see "manage file",
click that and select "add files" (top right corner).
click "select files" find your file, click "open" click "upload" click 'done" bottom right. click "submit reply"

Once the upload is completed the file name will appear below the input boxes in this window.
You can then close the window to return to the new post screen.
1. Use code tags for VBA.
Your Code
(or use the # button)
2. If your question is resolved, mark it SOLVED using the thread tools
3. Click on the star if you think someone helped you

Regards

Re: Conditional Formatting based on 3 different cell values

OK Basically Im tracking delivery dates to see if they are on time late or early I have done a formula using IF to decide whether it early late or on time and depending which one it puts a 1 in the column. No column can have more than one number 1 in them. So what Im trying to do is in the 4th column highlight green if column1(N2:100) =1 highlight blue if column 2(O2:100) =1 and red if column 3(P2:100) = 1
