Print Entire Workbook prints pages out of order and makes several print jobs.

All sheets are basically the same except some minor values, names and addresses. There is one page per sheet and all pages are in portrait format. The print preview shows all the pages in order but when I print it, it makes multiple print jobs of 1 to 2 pages each and prints them all out of order. I don't know why it is splitting up the workbook or why it changes the order. I print and reorder these weekly, which is a major pain. It comes out in the same order each time but it is the wrong order. I have tried tons of things with no remedy. It's probably a easy solution that I am just overlooking...or at least I'm hoping it is.

In the bottom right corner click 'Page Break Preview' (next to zoom slider).
If this shows a page 2 or more move the dotted line between the two to ensure all is on one page.

    Does that help?
    Say thanks, click *

This is due to your printer settings. Go into printer properties - Advanced and select either
    x Print Direct to Printer

    or

x Start printing after last page is spooled.
