    Hi,
A possible solution to your problem is to copy-paste in a new sheet the stock_code and then using vlookup to add the values of the columns (e.g. database fields) you need.

    Mayanja, Good Afternoon.

Have some of your files an official list of StockCode or you must search all the three files to compound a complete list of StockCode?

After creating this DATABASE all updates will occur on this file OR the others threes files will continue to receiving updates?

I believe that your necessity is not complex to implement, BUT we need to know more about your data and your operational process.

    Have a nice day.

    Mayanja, Good morning.

As you didn´t mentioned the goal to insert a "reference" at a Excel, our help may not be so conclusive as I desire.

You can use the function HYPERLINK to do this.
With this function the photo can be inside another tab of your excel file or at your harddrive or at some URL (web).

You can do this interactively too.
Click right button on any cell of your tab.

At the bottom of dialog windows will appears an option to insert a link that can be used to link, photo, docs, pdf or what you want to maintain a link to.

    Is it what you desire?

    I hope it helps.

Good Afternoon to you to Marcílio and thanks for anwering

I am not 100 percent sure if that option will work but I am going to try it!

But to try to explain what I want in simple terms:

After I have combined the three Excel Spreadsheets now I have

Stock_Code, Vendor, Price, product details.... etc.. alle are in different columns, (which is what I wanted:-) one of the columns is Image!! I want to reference the images in my database. How do I do that??
The goal is to upload this database on my website. Do you think it will work if I use the function HYPERLINK??

    Thanks again for replying

I believe that HYPERLINK function won´t work to this specific case.

Take a look at these places.
All of them were mentioned here at ExcelForum as reference for this kind of necessity like yours.

    I hope this helps.

Tell us if it worked for you.
