Morning,
I am using the formula =IF(GO2=TRUE,"TRUE",IF(AND(GP2=TRUE,GQ2=TRUE),"TRUE","FALSE")) to give me values of either TRUE or FALSE in the column GR.
However when I use the countif formula =COUNTIF('Y13 Performance'!GR:GR,"TRUE") it doesn't count the TRUEs, or if I change it to say FALSE, those either.
Any help on adapting the formula to count the TRUEs would be greatly appreciated.

Change "TRUE" to TRUE (same for FALSE) in your IF and COUNTIF formula.

Damn, I'd tried removing the "" in the countif, but never thought about the IF formula.
