Hello all
If I have a spread sheet and it has a list of products with retail and wholesale prices on:
Product1 Description Wholesale price Retail Price
Product2 Description Wholesale price Retail Price
Product3 Description Wholesale price Retail Price
And I want to use excel to spit me out another excel file with just the Product name, Description and Retail Price, is there and easy way of doing that?
Delete column C and then use File | Save As to save the amended file with a different name.

Why not just save a copy of the workbook and delete column C in the copy?

Well the spread sheet is a bit more complex than what I explained firstly. Also, the person that uses the spread sheet day in day out has very limited computer skills.
He would love just being able to click a button, its just how he is.
It would make him think he was building a house without him getting his hands dirty. Just the way he thinks!

I really would urge you not to let anyone loose on a workbook if they are not prepared to conduct the most basic of actions like clicking an icon to save a workbook, and clicking a column to delete it.
