Hello,
I have a few Excel questions. Thank you in advance for your help.
1. Is is possible to have two different and unrelated formulas apply to the same cell? I have a spreadsheet that monitors when someone is signed up for a class, and the cell with the formula counts the number of blank spaces remaining (COUNTBLANK), and reports the number of blank spaces in the cell. I would also like to add a second formula, that will turn the cell's background color to RED, when the number of available blank cells reaches zero. Is this possible? If so, can you offer a suggestion as to what the formula for changing the background color might look like?
2. For a few of the classes tracked on my spreadsheet, there are only a few spaces to sign up in. This makes the spreadsheet very short vertically, and very long horizontally. Is there a way to print the cells that the sign ups are entered into, so that the cells can be fit sequentially onto an 8 1/2 by 11 sheet of paper, instead of printing the entire row of cells, from left to right?
Thanks for your help.
