How to return column headers for where certain values appear in each row

Hi, new at this but basically I want to return the column headings (the months) where there is a 'No' value, per person. Can someone please help me out on how to do this?

    Here's the screenshot

    Thanks

Not fussed, would just require a per person summary elsewhere in the worksheet. If you have a suggestion, I'll take it.
