Welcome to the forum
You can use What if analysis >> Goal seek to achieve the result.
In the attached sheet value in cell D24 should be equal to value in I24, by changing interest rate in cell F8.
Open goal seek window put >> set cell $D$24, to value enter the value in I24 & in by changing cell put = $F$8.
This can be done vice versa by putting set cell to $I$24 and changing cell to K8

Thank you for your reply, I think I did this part on Sheet 2(2) just I thought it would be D14 & I14 that I use as the set cell and the value because the tasks asks for it at year 10, sorry I'm a newb I don't really know what I'm doing

Oh , sorry I misunderstood.
The values in D14 and I14 should be equal and at the same time the interest rates i.e. F8 and K8 should be equal.
The answer is 9.08% (9.08217486160821%) . Refer to the attached sheet tab "Sheet1 (2)"
