Highlight cells for data entry but print workbook with no highlighted cells

I'm wanting to format my worksheets with a cell fill for easier data entry but then when I print the sheet I want it to be plain and have no cell fill. Help please

    Hi,

Type X for Print Version - then the formatting is removed
Remove X for normal display - the cells are refilled with yellow.

    All done with conditional formatting.
