Smile Put data into workable format in Excel

    Hi everyone,

This is my first post on the forum, and I am just beginning to learn VBA (like two weeks in). I have pretty decent Excel knowledge, but so far I am struggling with VBA.

I attached a data set that was given to me as a practice file for VBA practice. The purpose of the file is to put the data into columns so I can run a regression analysis. For example, each field name should be the title of the column (the first row) and the records should correspond correctly. Could anyone help me out with this, please? Attachment 308398

I should also add that if you could provide a mini-walkthrough about the intuition with the VBA code, that would be much appreciated also. I tend to lean more effectively by looking at the solution and walking through it line by line.
