Converting a "print" view txt file to something workable in Excel or Acess

Hello,

Can anyone give me an idea on the feasibility level of converting the attached document to an excel or access file. Basically the text dump i get is fixed width-ish, and its also in "print" lay out, meaning the rows break and reset page headers at intervals. So i need to combine all pages for my import. I some VBA experience, all self taught, and just ordered some reference books to supplement my vast googling of knowledge base learning guides. I just want to ascertain if this is something I will be able to figure out in a week or two of muddling?
