Progress bar Based on data Loading

Hi All,

Im here some questions regarding progress bar based on the data load..Im having one data base sheet and it is pulling data from More number of excel sheet .Im able to load the data without any issues.But i need to set the progress bar based on the data load.Please some hav a look and resolve my Query.I have a qurey to progress bar also .But i dont know how to connet the progress bar with that data load data base sheet.
