Compare data and remove the latest

1 sort data on two keys: S.NO (asc or desc does not matter) and RRANK (desc).
use Delete duplicates (only S.NO)

Now I have another problem.There is a rank term "NC".Now i need to compare any alphabet with NC and NC has to be considered as the least compared to A
S.NO RANK
1 A
1 NC
1 C
1 has to be compared and sorted as NC<A<C

Please help.
