Adapting Macro to Include key words and not exclude

Hope your well.

I need some help.

Basically the macro created looks at the “Data” tab column A, and it counts how many words and places them on “Issue” tab. However there is a condition and the condition is any word which is on the “StopList” tab do not bring into the “Issue” tab,

I want to take this Further and instead of having an exclusion list which is the “StopList” tab. I want to have an “Inclusion” list.

Where the macro only looks at the key words.

And displays my results on the “Issue tab”
