help for vba code where row hide/unhide & transfer data when we press Y

Hello
We have ia vba code we wan to edit with following thing

Part A

When sheet active then row 17 to row 81 hide (actually with this entry we want Entry maximum 75 disctrict data with single GO NUMBER.. may be in that GO 5 dist…7 dist ….20 dist etc..


So we want automatic unhide row for example if in a go 25 district then sr no. 1 to 10 automatic visible in active sheet.. but when we enter a value in C16 cell then next 10 row unhide.. and when we enter next 10 district data then we enter a value in c26 cell then next 10 row again unhide

Part B

When we enter all district data and press Y in cell G83 then multi sheet Range("A86:L160") data
copy to record sheet from colum B

we also want remove all blank row if any in between copy data range a86:l160
