    find dimensions

    hello everybody,

I have this sheet (attached) where I can find the max dimensions based on 2 out of 3 data. This means that if I have width and length I can find the height... and so on.

I would like to create a mask that allows me to input the known data and by pressing the enter button I would like the relative "missing" number or, in alternative, I would like to see the missing number in the empty field of the mask...

is it possible to achieve something like that?

Not exactly sure what you mean by a "mask", but try this. Input some values in cells AJ2:AJ4.

    Re: find dimensions

    Hello Millz,

    thanks for the quick reply.

what I am trying to achieve is to be able to insert 2 numbers to get a 3rd one. I.e.: width 150, length 760 will give me a height of 290 (see intersection on table). I need to be able to find the max dimension based on any of the data... i.e. height 290 width 150 gives a length of 760... and so on.

Mask = userform.... sorry for the incorrect use of terms

Here's a formula option, please note the named ranges. I only checked a couple of values, seems to work.
