combine three macros to produce the result

well with a name like yours I would imagine that you would have a sense of what I am talking about (only joking)

the attachment original_data rows 1 to 162 is the actual data

the desired outcome is in result_Sheet1 rows 2 to 26

let me explain the long process that it takes me to get to my outcome see the attachment rows 28 to 77 I have to run 3 macros to get to my desired result & sometimes I forget to do something & I have to repeat the whole process again
