user form to input data according to text in textbox and listbox

Hey guys I am trying to build a userfrom that allows the user to input some data and that data to be placed in a specific cell.

Basically I want to enter data in a cell that meets some criteria.

There are a lot of errors in your Sae_data_Click subroutine. I would suggest you post an example workbook, with your UserForm included, and a detailed instruction on what you would like to have happen.

Ok.. what i want is to write down the name .. select month and type (both listboxes) then write quantity. For example if i write andrew as the name, select january and 2, then write 40 this quantity to be written in the cell that matches those criterias (Andrew + january + 2). I hope i can make myself understood if not i can try to be more specific.

Note the changes I made in the User_Form Initialize. I wanted it to match the text exactly in Row 3.
