need formula to count the serial no at end of week nos

Dear experts

I have set of data A & B column A contains serial nos, B contains Week nos...

I want count the values of multiple so in A col, and get result in where end of max week nos

for e.g

serial nos WXX010 is repeats 10 times on multiple weeks it ends in week-7, so I want result as 10
