Macro working very slow when sheet switch

i m using this macro to filter data and sort automatically........

macro works when i change the sheet but it takes lots of time to sort and filter the data. i want to make it fast as possible.

What exactly do you mean when you say "When I change the sheet"?

I have Two worksheets ("ENTRY"), ("TO.")
if i m working on sheets.("ENTRY") when i go to sheets.("TO.") then this code works
