Superscript the grace marks problem

Dear friends,
If the student is passed in minimum 3 subjects (>=35) then if he if fail in any other subjects the teacher gives 10 grace marks to promote him. The grace marks can be given in any number of subjects (<35) but the limit of grace mark is 10. These 10 marks can be distributed in any number of subjects but should not cross the grace mark limit 10. The grace marks should be superscript for which I have inserted a code in sheet1 code. There is a average formula in the columns ‘g, k, o, s, w, aa, ae, ai, am’. I want to modify this formula as per the following conditions:

The student should be passed in minimum 3 subjects (>=35) marks.
If he is passed in minimum 3 subjects then he is eligible to get 10 grace marks in other subjects in which he secure <35 marks.
In 1 subject maximum 10 grace marks are allowed.
The total of grace marks should be 10 only.
These grace marks should be shown in superscript format in the average column mentioned above and in total column ‘an’ but should not taken in the sum total in column ‘an’. For example: If the student got 3 grace marks in column ‘g’, 4 grace marks in column ‘o’ and 3 grace marks in column ‘am’ then it should be shown as superscript and in column ‘an’ it should be shown as superscript.
