    Automatically sorting

    I have an IF function that automatically pulls items from one tab and drops it in another =IF(COUNT(SEARCH("T",'Risk Assessment'!D8)),'Risk Assessment'!A8,""). This sheet goes from A-R and 2-64. The problem is there are multiple spaces between some of the cells. Is there a way to have this tab automatically sort itself and remove the blank cells?

    Attached is an example.

    Thanks for the post. I tried entering the code and it came back with a compile error. When it comes to code, it's out of my realm of knowledge

    Thats assuming I am doing this right. After I copied and pasted I hit run code, which is where I received the compile error.

    Try to change [A1] key to [A2], must be in sorted range … And so on for next lines …

    I just hope that columns are independant from each others …

    Weird. When I copied and pasted from your excel sheet it worked perfectly. Thanks for the help and quick response!
