loop through a range and open internet explorer where link is valid

Hi

would anyone know the following

in cells, B10:B400

i have IF formulas, and if there is data in another sheet, it will provide a link in the cell
but that is not a hyperlink due to the link potentially being 256 chars +

what i would like, is a macro to run through the cells, and where there is a link, for it to open that link in internet explorer, then move onto the next, maybe with a 5 second delay inbetween, then opening the next in a new tab

the formula in the cell, i could have something like "No Link" as if false to determine which cells have valid links
