I'm building a spreadsheet to count an amount of stops at specified landmarks. I will be linking my tabs to a access table and having an update button that will bring in the most current data on the fly. This data will be appended daily to my access table. What I need to accomplish is the ability to filter and populate by date range. Currently this is how I am going about this. I have 2 textboxes and I am using those to enter the date range; ie. In textbox1 (4/1/2014) and in Textbox2 (4/7/2014). Then I have 2 combo boxes. There is a Combobox for a list of drivers and a Combobox2 that lists their managers. So you can select by individual driver or you can select by manager and populate their whole team.
I have the drivers code populate in C10 and a vlookup formula in B10 that populates the drivers name. in D10 I want a Count of Stops during specified date range. Then in E10-I10 I have it broken down by weekday. SO 2 stops on Monday(E10) Tuesday(F10) Wednesday(G) ect...
I need help with vba code for the date range in the text field boxes or another approach. I am open to suggestions.
