Set height and Width to an OLE Object

Hello,

I'm using a vba macro in excel to copy an select area in excel an paste it into a ppt slide.
I want to set the heigt an width, in the vba code, to the pasted OLE Object pasted into the ppt slide.

I looked on several forums but haven't found the answer yet.
Can you help me?
