Copy data from one worksheet to another based on date

Hello,

I'm attempting to grab a row of data and copy it to another worksheet under the heading of the same date.

More specifically:
I'm trying to move the data "B3:B21" from the "Application" worksheet and move it to the "Archive" worksheet and have it file under the same date.

Could someone please help, this is my final step for this project and I'm stuck.
